The Manager, Consumer Marketing, is responsible for increasing consumer trust and brand affinity for beef by overseeing all high-impact, consumer-facing initiatives. This role is directly responsible for spearheading the coordination and execution of major in-person events (such as Beef Loving Texans’ educational workshops and State Fair activations) and driving holistic brand and community engagement efforts. Key responsibilities include managing the Beef Loving Texans' ambassador program and online store, forging high-impact brand partnerships, and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines across all consumer touchpoints.

 

Coordinator, Programs Job Description

The Coordinator, Programs supports the Texas Beef Council’s (TBC)  promotion, research, and education efforts as a key member of a fast-paced team of professionals. This dynamic role is essential for supporting the coordination and execution of consumer-facing experiential programs (such as grilling and smoking workshops), assisting with strategic partnerships, and contributing to the TBC's digital presence. The Coordinator aids in the development of content strategy, supports CRM workflows, and assists with the management of the Beef Loving Texans’ online store, while communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders, including consumers, health professionals, educators, beef producers, and industry partners.
