During a recent TV segment on the Today Show, “3 Food Myths To Stop Believing Right Now,” doctor and scientist, Madelyn Fernstrom, shared the benefits of lean beef as part of a nutritious diet that is also heart-healthy. To reach more consumers with this segment, the checkoff amplified the content across its Twitter platforms, @Beef, @BeefRD and @BeefFacts. The Twitter tweets achieved more than 3.8 million impressions and generated more than 18,000 clicks (or engagements) with the article.
